Dr. David Leon Dugger, MD

This office has the rudest office staff. They refused to work with insurance on a preauthorization medication that this doctor had been prescribing for my son for over 10 years. I had to change insurance companies but regardless of the years of service we had with them, they refused to cooperate with the insurance company and were very ugly to me, my husband and the folks from the insurance company. Janelle even hung up the phone on me. Obviously that tells me, the doctor doesn't care about his patient or what's best for his patients. His problem with the insurance policies should not be taken out on his patients. Run away from this office/doctor unless you want to pay them to treat you like dirt.

Marie is very rude. We are never told that our referral has expired until the minute we arrive and are expected to call the insurance right then and get it fixed or we are threatened not to be seen, even we have taken off of work. The final and last visit to Dr Dugger my husband asked her to speak with the insurance company bc he was unsure of what she needed. She screamed at him with a rude look on her face that "It ain't my insurance!". Is it not her job? As an RN I've never made a patient do my job and speak with insurance. And I've never treated a patient like dirt. Her father is Dr Dugger and she is a spoiled, rude person that does whatever she wants bc her father totally ignored her behavior when we brought it up. Her office coworkers were apologetic that she was rude but said she can't/won't be fired bc of who her father is. She won't be held accountable for her behavior so we choose to go elsewhere where the patient is first priority.

I have finally found someone that listens and is aggressively attacking the issues that need to be handled.
