Dr. David Raymond Duhamel, MD

One of the best doctors. Highly skilled family-oriented and focus. He cares a lot about the welfare of his patients. He is very knowledgeable and consistent.

Dr. Duhamel is not only a highly skilled physician, he very much cares about his patients and their families. He has a calm and reassuring manner and always takes time to explain procedures and thoughtfully answer questions. He also takes the time to stop in the waiting room and speak with whomever may have accompanied the patient to the appointment. I can assure you that you or your loved one will receive the very best of care from Dr. Duhamel. I am not sure why one patient gave him a one star rating. Perhaps he was confused and mixed him up with someone else. I would give Dr. Duhamel ten stars if I could.

Dr. Duhamel is not only an expert in his field, he is incredibly patient and family focused. He goes out of his way to spend time with his patients to understand their symptoms and issues in order to accurately diagnose and treat their ailments. As a family member of one of his patients, I can say he has taken a significant amount of time with me to step me through the root cause of my niece's issues and the anatomical causes of her associated health problems; teaching me as well as stepping through options and offering both suggestions for lifestyle adjustments in addition to pharmacologic interventions. He is focused on the holistic well being of his patients. My niece's and my experience with Dr. Duhamel has been excellent.

I don't understand how anyone can say Dr. Duhamel is a total egoist, non-caring, self-absorbed doctor...I have been his patient for many years and have never had that impression !!! He was more than attentive when I was ill in hospital, his office staff is fantastic and they have been very accommodating...time well spent!!! He is usually more on time than not ...

Prompt with the appointment. Accurate and precise information concerning my issue. Very friendly and spent the amount of time necessary to put me at ease. I would recommend Dr. Duhamel to anyone who has a pulmonary issue or concern

Self-absorbed, Egotistical - Leaves patients with appointments waiting for hours (5-7), then doesn't listen or care about anything other than doing procedures on you. Rushes thru serious procedures, and leaves the patient wondering. During procedures, ignores patient's attempts to convey difficulty, even if before the procedure he tells you to just let him know if it's too painful or something's wrong. More concerned with showing off, than with his patient. Does not adequately supervise nurses during procedures.
