Dr. Durbin and his staff were excellent. I had braces at Dr. Durbin’s when I was in high school. My teeth are beautiful. Thank you Dr. Durbin.

Dr. Durbin and his staff were awesome. They took extra time to explain my child's treatment. I found him to be personable and caring. His staff and receptionist where helpful and informative. My child receives many compliments on how beautiful her teeth are. I am so happy we went to Dr. Durbin and highly recommend him.

Both of our children went to Dr. Durbin. His wife, who worked in the office, was regularly rude to us on the phone and in person. The cheap plastic retainers that you get after the braces come off only last about a month, and you have to replace them for $100 each. The last time we called to get a replacement, they said they no longer had my son's records, so he had to go in to get remolded. At that point his teeth had moved a little, so they molded crooked teeth to make the new retainer. Our daughter had a cross-bite that was never fixed so when her braces came off, her teeth did not line up. Both of our children found a real orthodontist as adults and are now getting their teeth corrected. Their current ortho stated that they see many of Durbin's former patients in their office. I do not recommend him at all.

I had braces by Dr. Durbin and it was never a stressful situation. The results are still amazing 24 years later.
