Look it’s about what you want. Just don’t forget that and communicate it. If you need management long-term, or even short, I’d recommend Dr. Easley. His staff, from his therapists to Robert on telehealth are absolute professionals and they’re extremely kind. Depending on the day, Dr. Easley can start helping you so that you NEVER have to live that way EVER again. It’s a huge relief. I called at 1:30pm which I read is when they’re finished with lunch, was assessed at 2:30 and that took about 45mins. Dr. Easley called at 4:05 (he was rather busy!) but he still connected with me for more than ten minutes while still taking a quick phone call in between. I had my prescription filled by 5:45- I’ve read it can take longer so it does help to use a pharmacy that has a record of you. I chose Walgreens by Eastern and Shelby. My insurance, Passport, does cover the cost of medication but it does not cover the $300 monthly assessment fee, which you can actually do weekly as well for $75. I… recommend taking caution with this medication. Dr. Easley’s staff will determine if it’s right for you. I was in rehab when I received my first dose of Suboxone— the Naloxene inside threw me into precipitated withdraw. With drugs on the street being so potent, like fentanyl which they say binds for up to 72hrs vs. heroin at a mere 24hrs- it’s best to wait. Don’t allow my little experience at rehab (not with Dr. Easley) to scare you away. I made him aware of everything, and as long as you don’t have opiates in your system for 24hrs you’ll be fine. And if you think of abusing the meds just don’t. Crushing, chewing, or breaking down of the tablets can activate the Naloxene which at 2mg in 8 mg Suboxone is dormant in the medication if taken sublingually. Therefore it shouldn’t pull any agonist receptors. I’m already planning a future and thinking of vacations- this is the first time in years that I’ve been able to manage myself and let my life open up for new opportunities now that I’m not on that dope. The therapists will ask about your mental health history as well as your criminal record. Everything is confidential as long as you aren’t feeling actively suicidal and/or have CPS involved or something. They screen you over your drug use history and family background, but that’s for them to get an understanding of you and your treatment. I hope this helps another like myself.

Dr. Easley is a very kind and compassionate man. He cares very much about his patients. He takes time to listen to you and always smiling. His staff is awesome as well . They care about the patients too. I would never go anywhere else EVER

I never knew the meaning of precipitated withdrawal nor was i told it could happen by anyone in this office. But after taking my first suboxone as directed it happened.Very scary situation. Also there is no privacy whats so ever in this office. Couldn't have been worse than this place.

Always been really nice and cares about my health issues. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor in my opinion.

They are very professional and they do care about you and I would recommend going here if you have any kind of drug problem.

Dr Easley is the best. He can be a little quirky at times but he just really wants you to succeed!!! The staff now thats a hole other can of worms, They are very rude and unprofessional all of them are short tempered and always yelling at ppl, so meany times i have seen ppl get up and leave because of the way staff talks to them, So be prepared for an onslaught of smart remarks from the staff!!! But i still think its worth it to see Easley!!!!!

A terrible doctor. Often failed to keep appointments and rarely bothered to take notes of any kind. His lack of interest in his patients could not be more obvious.
