Very talkative, caring and professional. I came to New York for sinus surgery and was lucky to find him. First his office was clean and set up to prevent Covid. Lots of air cleaners and a nurse running around cleaning the rooms. Second he spoke with me and my husband - answering all my questions and showing me the CT scan. Did not realize that none of the other surgeons thought to do this. Third the surgery went very well and the hospital staff adores him. They have a chance to work with everybody snd uniformly gave him a 3 thumbs up recommendation. My family and I could not agree more, Very caring and professional doctor! I am feeling normal again!

I had a sudden hearing loss during the COVID crisis. The doctor was kind enough to come in to see me. He was wearing the full protective gear including double mask, face shield, hair bonnet, gloves and operating gown. His office was spotless and the staff followed great care and all had masks and gloves. He removed all of the visitor chairs and all of the paperwork was done by phone in advance. My hearing is coming back after getting some injections in the ear (sounds worse than it is) and I am very grateful. It must be scary to be a doctor now, but scarier not to get the treatment needed. I owe him my deep thanks ( and my hearing). 3 cheers to doctors like him!

I have been to lots of doctors but he is the best by far! Have been complaining about sinus infections for over 2 years. Went to 3 doctors who couldn’t explain my problem or outline the possible treatments like DrE. Eventually I needed surgery and his office was a joy to work with . He called me the day before to answer questions, the hospital staff obviously loves him and he saw me the first day postop to clean my nose and answer my questions. He has been very kind and supportive. My results have been exceptional and I have never felt better. My highest recommendation!

Dr. Edelstein is a treasure, nothing less. The kind of doctor who just isn't around anymore. He gives you all the time you need and doesn't rush you, really listens, is whip smart, and has boundless compassion. I went to him with a somewhat complicated condition, one that had already defeated several doctors. Dr. Edelstein diagnosed it and knew what course of treatment I'd need, even BEFORE he examined me! Dr. Edelstein is the best of the best. Why go to anyone else?

Dr. Edelstein is a wonderful physician and surgeon! He has helped me breathe better, reduced my chronic headaches to an occasional disruption. I will be externally grateful to his wonderful skills as a surgeon and his amazing follow up care that is so important to the surgery success. I have referred many friends, clients and family members to him and they have all been thankful for the referral and his care. Highly recommend Dr. Edelstein!!

I wished DrE could be cloned! He always sits down with me to hear what I have to say and has a keen intelligence. Having had surgery by another sinus surgeon , it was a relief to find someone like this who understood my problems and helped me with a treatment which has helped me a lot. He always answers my calls and reviewed carefully all my old records. I eventually needed revision sinus surgery which went extremely well. The nurses and staff at his hospital love him and go the extra mile for him(and therefore me). This attention made all the difference. I have recommended him to all my family and friends!

It is an involved story and he was very patient. We came up with s plan if things to try but eventually needed surgery which was the correct solution. His staff and nurses were extremely helpful and his personal care made all the difference. I have never felt better and look forward to my visits with the doctor. I am always learning something new about my disease and feel the best I have in over 5 years. He is worth the trip into Manhattan!

My family had read about this doctor on line and I went to him and was extremely pleasantly surprised that he lived up to the expectations. He has a wonderful staff who helped me get an appointment and his nurses are very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and I felt that he was focused on my problems. I had some trouble getting my old records from another ENT which slowed my care down but his nurse was very helpful getting me into to see him again. Eventually I needed revision sinus surgery which went very smoothly. The nurses and the docs in the outpatient center on 64th st love him and I agree. He called me before the surgery, saw me 2 times on the day of surgery and had me come to the office on the first day after the surgery. I felt a bit babied but needed it. I haven't felt this good in years and see him periodically to make sure that the sinuses stay open. In fact, the post care has been very helpful in my understanding my allergies and how to treat them. Would… definitely recommend him with a glowing grade of A+.
