Dr. David Paul Ellis, MD

While trying to connect with a specific office, the male receptionist was rude, would not transfer my call.

Worst experience of my life! I had to wait 2 hrs to see the Dr, and it wasn't even Ellis. Dr. Kramer spent less than 5 minutes with me and didn't listen to anything I was telling him! I'm in extreme pain and they wouldn't give me any shots or pain meds. I have no idea why I was sent to this clinic! After my experience I got online and saw that a LOT of people had the same experience! This place should be shut down for unethical and immoral practice! My pain was actually worse when I left! Horrible Dr and nurse!

I was scheduled to see Dr Ellis after a long drawn out affair I took a drug test a week ago and another one today they accused me of using something to "clean" my drug test. I have no earthly idea what they are smoking but I NEVER used anything of any kind. I believe they just didn't want to see me. Not only that they knew I was on pain medication and took the appointment i was supposed to have and I cancelled it because they wanted me to come then. Then they refused to treat me. Now I'm left with no medication, I have osteo and rheumatoid arthritis I'm 65 yrs old and have never been called a liar before but basically the nurse said I was using something illegal...I've never been treated by a member of the medical profession like this before...I hope each and every one of their staff and Dr have oa and ra and suffer like I do every day. Shame on you!

I have been going to Dr Ellis for over 5 yrs. I have had a problem or two but nothing that wasn't taken care of before my meds run out. I've been in the hospital three times and called them to tell them I couldn't make it in. There are regulations or laws they have to follow or loose there license. They asked when I would run out of my meds and they needed things from hospital to show I was released. I got a apointment when I got out of hospital and before my meds ran out. I have been getting shots in my lower back and they have hit the right spot all but one time. That's darn good. Other Dr's are not that good I have heard. The staff there are patient, kind,helpful too. The chairs are cushioned. Seldom have I had to wait very long to be seen. Before I get my shot the Dr comes talks with me. There are different people with different jobs there. If you want to see only the Dr might try someplace else. They do a great job there. They have great music too. May GOD Keep BLESSING THEM ONE… AND ALL.

He and his associates are great people! If I have a problem they fix it fast and curtious. I have been getting shots in my lower back from Dr.Ellis and now from Dr.Cramer. They have hit the right spot to relieve my pain for the past 5yrs or more. I can get them every 3 months or when it wears off. Sometimes it last for 4-5 months. Depends if I get to active and forget it's the shot that keeps me feeling good. All the people are nice and kind and helpful. They play great music too. May GOD keep Blessing them.

Chapter 1: **BEWARE** If you have a mental disability do not go here ever! I had a full blown panic attack in this Medical Facility. Honestly, I was so humiliated and discriminated, embarrassed, but figured it was a safe place. FYI, Dr. Kramer (he and Ellis just peddle shots from what I have seen) never even took one look at me. That said I have never been late, failed a UA and I have everything on file. I wish is I had the opportunity at all Zero Stars. Wow, I was not only escorted out without a chance to say goodbye to the folks that have helped me for years (once again this was Betty’s call). Meanwhile, I was ready for my apt. after I settled down from one of my biggest Panic Attacks (My diagnosis for Panic Disorder has never changed) I felt things shift. LALL of what I had in my system passes the UA test that I was never offered! Instead, I was shown the door, lied to and had my personal information shared with another Dr..? Chapter 2: All of these Nurses and PA’s (aside from Betty… and I don’t believe is even a nurse) that have become family after all of this time, and have worked great with me. I was straight forward with Firefighters and EMS (all agreed typical Panic Attack). My guess is Office Manager Betty probably has never witnessed a panic attack before. It can be startling but no less painful for the patient and doesn’t change the reason I have come here for years for treatment. I have a Panic Disorder, this said I may have a panic attack. I made my Psychologist Apt. the same day. She thought nothing odd and set a 4 Month Apt! Chapter 3: The woman that made this decision is Betty and she is an Office Manager that wanted to shake me as a patient and called me back with demands that she already knew I could not afford. Told her 3 times that I can’t afford a ride in the ambulance. Had I taken the ride, it would have been easier to drop a hurting, taxpaying Professional Dad Patient! Chapter 4: **Beware** they really make you wait for over an hour on hard chairs after you get into a room and if you have a panic attack and need EMS you get FIRED! #psychological-bullying not okay. I am not cattle!

I made it up there on Monday with the pills. I called back and was told by Cody that I was schedule for my injection but after that I would not be able too get my pain pills that I would have too find another doctor. Why would I let somebody give me shots without a follow up. I feel like this is a way too make money and not take time for the patients.

This place is a rip off all they want is your money then to see you after you wait for two hours just to let you know they can’t help you they are a joke

Treats pain, not addiction!
