Dr. David Eric Engel, DO

Dr Engel sutured my finger today. His bedside manner was excellent. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing so. He answered questions thoroughly. He even repeated instructions when I asked. I was seen in a very timely manner since my finger was bleeding. The nurse took me to a room promptly and eased my anxiety. This is what I considered excellent patient care. I prefer Physician's Treatment Center over other walk in clinics in the area.

He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in a doctor. He actually said "I have told you twice..." It sounded like he was talking to a little child instead of a patient. I hope he learns how to treat patients in the future. This is why I'm writing so he will learn something. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. I wish we had just asked for another doctor instead of enduring his condescending tone. You always listen to your patients, not belittle them. PTC needs to know how bad he treats his patients, but they had no email to do so.
