He doesn’t listen or care

Dr. Ericson seemed not to have any passion for his job; he showed no interest or compassion for me as a patient. In addition, he had no idea what the issue I presented him with was, and was quick to refer me to a specialist without any explanation of possible scenarios. I have no idea why Northshore would hire somebody like him. They must’ve been desperate to fill the position. I’ll never see him again.

A day after a fall I went into NorthShore Immediate Care to have my face wounds cleaned and knee checked. All Dr. Ericson did was feel around my eye and say go to the ER and get a CT scan. Did not even look at my knee. Before recommending a CT scan he did not ask any questions such as have you been nauseous or dizzy. This doctor is useless and a waste of money.

Horrible at communicating. It doesn’t seem like he wants to be a doctor. Doesn’t like helping people. Find a new career.

I went to a doctor regarding issues with bladder. By the end of the appointment, he had no recommendations, did not care, and was snarky when I asked him about it. Useless doctor and I would never recommend him for anything. It's a waste of time and money .
