Dr. David Michael Fallat, MD

He didn't just save my life but help my pain so much that I could never thank him so much. My life has turned around alot been seeing him for 10years and it's better than being all dope up on oxys..good pain management there he don't just treat drug adbuse.the office help is so nice and kind you couldn't ask for a better place I recommend him to anyone with pain or addiction.thank you ,Wendy

I have known Dr Fallat for over 10 years. He went into private practice in Jan 2016. (At the urging of many of his patients). I would disregard any reviews (good or bad) prior to Jan 2016. He has always been incredible. The staff and wait times at his previous facilities have been questionable, but only because the facilities were underfunded. Since Jan 2016, his staff has been incredible. Wait times are under 30 minutes. Prior authoruzations done before they expire and they don't charge extra to do them.

He is an excellent doctor. Very professional and courteous. I would take that one negative comment about him with a grain of salt as the person said "the good thing is he follows DEA regulations" (meaning that the person submitting that review was likely kicked out for dirty drug screens or some other violation of the DEA rules). Many suboxone doctors don't follow DEA rules, so to me this is a huge positive for him. He definitely cares about his patients.

Dr.Fallat is a great doctor. Very caring and understanding.
