Dr. David Feerst, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Feerst for years. He was absolutely amazing. This is the only doctor I've that looked forward to seeing. His diagnosis were on point. Just writing makes me smile. He would always say, "why are always laughing when you see me"? I really miss him. Doris Tillman Dennison

Dr. Feerst uses his humor first and foremost in his treatment which initially is pleasing, however the actual treatment outcomes are not helpful or in some cases detrimental. My mother and I both were his patients, and to further evaluate my high blood pressure he chose to induce my anxiety which I had talked to him about before by talking about the mental health problems of my mother in an insulting manner. Then he said, "See, the blood pressure raises when you get anxious." I did not need this disturbing experience that violates HIPA laws for an interaction which I was already aware. Furthermore, Dr. Feerst wrote off my unknown condition of psoriasis as dry skin until I had to return to a different PCP who did a much thorough test and sent me to a dermatologist who immediately knew it was psoriasis.

He does not care about any of his patients. This is the worst practioner I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. I switched from an HMO to a PPO after bluecross forced me to see him. Please save tourself the trouble and go anywhere else I beg you!!

I needed a new Primary care doc after my last one retired and I am very happy I selected Dr. Feerst. He listens to and addresses concerns thoroughly and professionally.

I have been with Dr. Feerst since he opened his practice. He has guided me through cancer, diabetes and severe neuropathy. He has always spent enough time with me to clearly describe my diagnosis and treatment options. I appreciate that he gets to the point and does not waste his or my time. He has a sense of humor. My visits have always been pleasant. I never feel like he is trying to rush me out of his office. His staff is very helpful and also pleasant.

First time I called to make an appointment. The person who picked up the phone did not identify herself. She was very rude when I talked her. I have to ask 2x for her name before she told me. She said , her name is Nicole and she's the office manager. Very unprofessional, no manners. I decided not to see this MD, because of Nicole.

The Doctor spent a very good amount of time with me and explained things very well!

Been a patient of Dr Feerst for years. I respect and trust him. And I like him as well. I value the friendly personal interaction with the DR and his staff. But at the same time we can have a direct and professional rapport where my health wellbeing is the primary focus.

Dr.Feerst is on top of his game,very sharp witted,knows his stuff & more. No candy coating right to the point with answers,which is why I'm there,not for a friend,or useless small talk or someone to hold my hand. I get help,I get answers & solutions.I think if ya can't keep up with his quick moving mind & humor maybe it's not the place,want an excellent doctor? than you are & on a side note,that he wasn't consumed by the NWCH machine & able to remain independent says something.
