Colonoscopy with Dr Feff was much much easier than I thought. Jonathan, the doctors assistant was really really helpful on the phone as my insurance gave me the run around

I used to think Dr. Fefferman was a great doctor but after being his patient for over 6 years I can’t say that anymore. His staff is possibly the rudest people I have ever spoke to. I called in several times with concerns with no call back. I was incredibly sick and when I finally got a call back because I nervously laughed on the phone it was written by Dr. Fefferman that I seemed fine. They then said my boyfriend was threatening them, he sent a message because he was so frustrated that nobody would get back to me when I was vomiting several times a day. I got a new stomach doctor and they completed every single test possible. I was misdiagnosed with acid reflux by Dr. Fefferman and I am now on correct medication for what they found and I am finally having 0 stomach issues after many years of suffering. I am so glad that after being treated so horribly that I found someone who cares and wasn’t going to stop until they found out what was going on.

Unresponsive staff and doctor. Left voice message to schedule an appointment for receptionist. I’ve not heard back. I used patient portal to email doctor if he can tell me of an over the counter medicine until Someone schedules an Appt. With me. No response. My primary doctor was able to see me same day I called and prescribed some medicine and is working with me to see a colon and rectal surgeon. Dr. Feffermen dosen’t Carr about patients. Save yourself time and humiliation of typing email hoping to get help.
