Though I was clear in saying I was experiencing testicular pain when I called, as a repeat patient, for an appointment, it took 2.5 weeks to be seen. Once there ontime, it took twenty minutes to be called; by current standards, not much time to wait, though it exceeds the permissible tardy for patients. When the doctor arrived, he went through a check list of questions. I had to ascertively poke in my own questions, including those about the side effects of the pescribed medication. I left with no whole picture of my medical concern: is it unique to me or typical of my demographic? how will improvement unfold? how do I factor in the associated medical issues that he said were not in his domain? For the fees charged I would expect that time for common courtesy could be factored in.
