Dr. David Finkelman, MD

I had my first Colonoscopy done with dr finkleman, and he did it without any sedation, it was very painful and very traumatizing for me, because of my first experience with him, I have fought my family very much to avoid future colonoscopies because of the traumatic experience I had with dr finkleman. I have had colon cancer stage II

O not be confused, Dr. Finkleman is a GI specialist, he is not an ENDOCRINOLOGIST as the site suggests. However, I have been his patient in the past, you dont find great docs like him everyday. Rare find, excellent doctor :) As for the post showing misdiagnosis of appendicitis, that is hard to believe. I m a nurse. If ever in doubt, educate yourself and get a second opinion stat. Not a year later.

This was the second time that I had the procedures done with Dr. Finkelman and his Staff. Both are superior to any other doctor that I have used. They care, they are professional, they are very knowledgeable. I will use Dr. Finkelman and his staff in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

This doctor incorrectly diagnosed my daughter as having Crohn's Disease instead of appendicitis. As a result, that nasty appendix sat atop a young girl's fallopian tube for an entire year ... resulting in permanent, irreversible damage and surgeries that could have been prevented. The bad part is that our family pled with Dr. Finkleman to PLEASE check for appendicitis, but he refused. So, all young girls with right side pain should DEMAND to be checked for appendicitis IMMEDIATELY. If the physician refuses, RUN for another one ... fast. The emotional and physical damage is permanent and can't be reversed.
