We welcomed David Flarry, NP, to the PeaceHealth Medical Group Cardiology team of providers in 2021. David is no stranger to the PeaceHealth Bellingham community, as he previously served as a registered nurse at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center. As an intensive care unit (ICU) and progressive care unit (PCU) nurse, David cared for a wide variety of cardiac patients. This valuable experience informed and inspired his decision to dedicate his career to providing cardiology care. “Caring for patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular disorders is something I’m very passionate about and was the primary reason I chose to continue my education,” he said. “My hope is to have the greatest impact upon the health and wellbeing of others.” He defined his practice philosophy as follows: “I strive to help people live longer, healthier lives and hope to provide healthcare that is patient-centered, evidence-based and comprehensive.” Outside of the clinical setting, David enjoys hiking, …swimming and spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter and their two dogs.
