Loved Dr Flatt. He was friendly and answer ed my questions in a way I easily understood.

The doctor keeps saying my abnormal ECGs are just from movement but my symptoms remain. I feel like there is a problem with my heart and no one is even looking for it.

Dr. Flatt seemed unconcerned about my issues; he was not interested in spending time with me; he stood and looked out the window as I tried to tell him my concerns. He did not address the test I had done so I had to ask about the results and what should be done to treat my condition. I had to ask if he had read my EKG to which he said "it was normal"; then he said, "let me look and see if I read it"; then he told me, [your] results were abnormal but not for you". He was at the same time walking me out of the exam room! You can imagine the surprise the next day when I see the results of my EKG in my portal that report I have had an "old anterior infarction". I have never been diagnosed with a heart attack. I sent a portal message on Thursday and never received a written reply. Five days later a nurse called me to try to explain the findings saying a computer program had read my EKG but I shouldn't worry. I conveyed my dismay and dissatisfaction with this explanation. I told the nurse I… was disappointed that Dr. Flatt did not seem to know my case to which the nurse said, "He is a very busy doctor". Later that same day, Dr. Flatt called me and tried to offer an explanation which did not make sense. He said I had the characteristics of an anterior infarct on my EKG but clinically I did not have signs. So, he changed my EKG report in my portal. So, I remain confused about and disappointed In my care.

Dr Flatt was very kind and made me feel more at ease. He gave me a plan of action and ordered test.

Dr. Flatt is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Flatt was so kind and attentive. He even walked me from the room to the checkout when we were done!

Dr Flatt is a very good cardiologist, he was running late ,but I was not informed by the staff that there would be any time delay.
