Dr. David Mario Flores, MD

I was called the day before a surgery and was told it was canceled due to another surgery during that time. I rescheduled for today with a 4:30 PM check-in time I drove from Sandpoint which takes usually about an hour and a half but there was a bad snowstorm so it took me about 2 1/2 hours. I was 15 minutes late for my check-in time and they refused to see me. Didn’t even ask how the roads were or how the drive was. I am a local doctor in the area and was frustrated to see how I was treated.

Seen 3 times. First the Doctor identified Forniors Gangrene - Immediately did surgery and saved my life. This problem was misdiagnosed by another Urologist. Had to go to ER where Dr Flores found the problem. I could have been dead in 12 hours if not treated. Next two emergencies were kidney stones. Needed a stint for both. I only have one kidney so both were emergency surgeries. His manor and professional ability is exceptional. Recommended Dr Flores above all others.

Dr. Flores greeted me warmly and showed real concern for my issue. He made me feel at ease while undergoing an invasive procedure (cystoscopy) and he did it so well that I experienced no discomfort at all. He was very knowledgeable and patient about every question I asked.
