Dr David Thomas Floyd

Dr. Floyd heard me, was ready and prepared with the knowledge of my needs when I got to my appointment. Surgery upcoming and feel very confident in his "down to business" manners. I do not need all fluff, just want the pain gone. Has just the right bed side manner fo me. I feel like if you have to make me feel "warm and fuzzy" you are trying to sell me on something I don't need. He was polite but to the point with my options.

I have known Dr. Floyd and his staff for over 15 years. I can personally say the review about "laughing" is totally absurb. Not only is he the most professional doctor I have had the pleasure of knowning, he is caring, understanding and compassionate.

Dr. Floyd and his entire staff was very attentive and made sure that myself and family was informed about my surgery. I am sure that Dr Floyd gave me very good advise and great treatment. Thank you Doctor Floyd.

I had to go see this Dr. for an evaluation of my need to have a chiari malformation decompression in 2010. This Dr. said my imaging stated I had NO need for surgical intervention and basically said Chiari malformations are a joke. He and his resident were LAUGHING at me in his office, while I was crying!! I was desperate for answers for the pain I was in, as I knew something was wrong, and I also did research on my own on my condition. I could tell this Dr. did not look much into my condition. NOT ONLY was he wrong about my condition but he and his resident traumatized me that day...I needed emergency LIFE THREATENING surgery a few months later because the surgery was not performed early..this resulted in many permanent and ongoing conditions I have as well as a cyst in my spine. I will also be having my 4th brain surgery this year. You have truly adversely affected my life Dr. Floyd, know that chiari malformation is REAL and PLEASE take it seriously with your patients!!
