This is our 2nd go round with Dr. Fry. He retired a couple of years ago and now, thankfully is back.

WORST DOCTOR AND STAFF EVER!!!!!!!! My newborn has been projectile throwing up and not holding ANY food down, hasn't held any food down in 24 hours. Scheduled him an appointment at their soonest available spot open. His appointment was at 04:30 pm we were running a little late and got there at 04:44 pm and they wouldn't see him. Period. They said their is a 10 minute grace period anything over that too bad you have reschedule. 4mins are you serious my son hasn't eaten in 24 hours and he's been screaming non stop. The lady in the office told me to go to ER because they can't see him, I told her he's too young to go to the ER they wont do anything and I asked her what I should do and she shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. I begged her to just ask Dr. Fry if he could make an exception, he said no and to go to the ER anyways Went to the ER they can't do anything considering the fact that he is 3 weeks old.After I told them what happened with Dr. Fry they couldn't believe it. So… now my son can't get proper care until we find him a new doctor because I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO DOCTOR FRYS OFFICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY DONT CARE. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THE AMERICAN DOLLAR. MY SON WAS VOMITING AND SCREAMING AND THEY STILL TOLD US TO RESCHEDULE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
