During these tough times, we have struggled to find our son help with his autoimmune disorder. He had just moved to IN to start his career and did not have a GP relationship established when he because ill with covid. Dr Furman "saw" him right away (telehealth). He listened and asked questions to get a better understanding and immediately had a plan in place for us. First feeling of hope we have had in months. Thank you for your patience and willingness to take on such a complex situation. Our family of 7 will all be seeing him over the coming months.

It was an excellent visit. He was thorough, provided wonderful education and ensured my whole family was cared for. He sees all of us.

My first appointment with him was also my last. Discussed doing 5 different things. I told him 1 of them I would not do. 3 of them, some tests, I had to check with insurance company first to see what they would cost. Only 1 of them I agreed to was for a prescription. 2 days later I get call from a lab wanting to make appointment for a test I didn’t agree to. Next day I get a cologuard test kit delivered to me which I also didn’t agree to. Thankfully I found out my insurance doesn’t cover it before I would’ve gotten billed the $650 it costs. 3rd was for tests I didn’t agree to that needed blood samples taken. Papers I was given after appointment said sample was taken in office when it wasn’t. Papers said my insurance type was Medicaid. I buy my own insurance and did give receptionist that info when I arrived. After finished with doctor, I sat in exam room almost 5 minutes before I was given those papers. That much incompetence from a doctor and their staff is ridiculous.
