Dr. David Lee Gaston, MD

Waiting in his office for two or three hours is not my thing - no one says how long he will be, I guess you're just suppose to do a crossword puzzle, play a video game or just sit (not me!!). Good Luck and pack a lunch if you plan to see him!!

I waited hrs in the waiting area, then 2hrs in the exam room. They staff was unprofessional and lazy. I say this because there is NO WAY that a patient's private information should be strewn all over the floor in piles in the corner, stacked on the scale, near the front desk where the staff had no interest in getting the office in order and the worst was when I sat down in the exam room and noticed several patients files in my room, personal information like name date of birth, social security numbers. No one but the Doctor and nursing staff should have access to this. After wasting 4hrs of my time and realizing that my very private information would not be kept private, I got dressed and walked out. Dr Gaston may be a very good doctor, I never found out, but the doctor should get rid of the staff and start over because there lazy and chasing away potential patients

The wait was over a hour to be seen. During that hour the staff and patients interacted very unprofessionally by using profanity and inappropriate conversation. The staff Bobby and Nicky were not engaged and never input my info into the charts. My eval with Gaston was pointless and out dated. I had to remind him several times I was not here due to an accident but for migraines. My prescriptions were never sent to the pharmacy as I was told they would be. The office was out dated and dirty. Honestly, I thought my visit was a joke.

Dr. Gaston takes the time to explain to his patients what to expect and the best treatments available.

Dr. Gaston is completely inconsiderate with his patients' time. I wasn't seen for my 3pm appointment until well after 5p!!! I was an idiot for staying but I wanted my test results. Come to find out, the reason I waited so long is because Dr. Gaston was transcribing his notes for the day!!!! Why couldn't he have done that AFTER my appointment (especially since I was the last patient of the day)??? So disappointed with Dr. Gaston

Very intelligent, caring dr.The wait is well worth the time spent with this dr. He is going to spend as much time with you as he did the patient before you and you are never rushed. He's going to get the answer to what is wrong with the patient.
