Dr. David Christopher Gdula, MD

First of all, he kept pushing me to take Tetanus vaccine several times even after saying no. I did not get one in the end, but I see it on the bill to my insurance as if it was administered to me. Secondly, I don’t know if I am the first customer from my insurance, Aetna, to go to him, but I am being forced to pay part of the bill for my annual physical (which is supposed to be covered 100%) because they billed it wrong (Ex: My blood test was billed as diagnosis for an abnormality rather than a routine test) and they refuse to update the bill even after my insurance contacted them. I wish I had never gone to him or anywhere near Charles River Medical Associates.

The doctor rarely follows up after health visits and his appointments last at most 10 minutes. He tells you to exercise no matter what your issue.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gdula's for several years. He is a talented, compassionate well informed DR. and I have have the utmost confidence in him. No matter what I would never change my Doctor because I think that Dr. Gdula is the best!

Dr Gdula was more concerned with putting information into his computer that what I was saying. I had two issues, but he is not holistic so he addressed only one and I felt hurried as his next appointment was lunch. I had to call the office 2 x to get my questions answered making sure his prescription would not have an adverse reaction to the one I was taking. I just did not have the confidence in him that he looked through my records. Well, I'm sure you get point. He is too removed and tunnel visioned to be a good MD.

I have been a 10 year patient of Dr. Gdula. Have seen him on average 2 times a year. Only 1 time have I had to wait more than 30 minutes in waiting room. One thing I can tell you is that he genuinely cares about my health. I'm overweight and have diabetes and I feel very comfortable with what he has been doing. I recommend him strongly.

I found Dr. David Gdula, friendly and polite to talk to and interact with excellent bedside manners. Easy to get appointments and staff is OK.Dr. Gdula was not very accurate in his diagnosis and usually refers to domain specialists. I feel he is good doctor for minor ailments like cold/cough/flu but prefer someone else for major problems.
