Dr. David T Goldman, MD

Dr. Goldman has been my physician for majority of my life. As soon as I got new insurance that he accepted I came rushing back to his practice. On average you do wait a bit but it is well worth it. Goldman is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and caring. His bed side manner makes him such an amazing doctor. I have never had a problem with the staff: phone calls back, scripts are always sent to the pharmacy on time. He values your opinion and always answers questions. I refer all of my family and friends to him and will continue doing so!

Dr Goldman insists on prescribing Statin drugs for the control of my cholesterol when each time I have visited him, I have told the staff I am allergic (get very bad reactions) to the drug. Despite the information, he still insists I take the drug, but smaller and smaller doses. This does not work and I was still getting symptoms of severe leg cramps and burning/weak muscles. We had been through this on several occasions. Would tink by now the doctor would look for an alternate method of treatment but no. Upon my latest visit, he refused to treat my condition and proceeded to let the assistant that he wanted me to see a cardiologist instead. This tells me he has no patience and does not listen to his patients. I got the impression that he got upset that I was not "following orders" but hey, its my body that suffers.

Very personable, caring and a great diagnostician. I actually enjoy my doctor visits!

Dr Goldman is a GREAT doctor. I was sorry I had to leave him but I could not take the staff any longer. I was a patient for many years and things have gotten worse with the staff over the years. I spoke to the doctor about it but it seemed nothing was done. He lost my entire family as patients! HE is great, his staff is not worth the effort of waiting for him!!

This is the second time I went for a physical I have a zero copay when I check out they always try to hit me with a 40.00 dollar copay they do extra procedures that I did not ask for during the physical to try and get as much money out of the insurance and you that they can get during each visit they are very greedy and are looking out more for their pockets than for you. I usually do not write reviews but I strongly do not recommend any doctor in this office and I feel anyone who is looking for a doctor and takes the time to research should be warned about South Bay Medical.
