Although Medicare and my secondary provider both cover the procedure I had done here, the office states that it is a corporate decision that they do not file insurance claims. Patients have to pay at the time of service. This has caused a great deal of unnecessary work on my part dealing with Medicare and my secondary insurer, both of whom were perplexed as to why this office does not file claims when they are on the participating provider list and would not furnish a letter that they had opted out of Medicare since this is not the case. Woman I spoke to on the phone at this office was nasty and abruptly hung up on me when I was asking questions.

Dr Goltra and his staff cared for me like family. They were truly concerned for my health and pain management. Dr Goltra's evaluation was on the money and when I needed treatment beyond his field he expedited the process for a same day referral visit.
