If I could leave less than 1 star I would! As a healthcare professional myself I am disgraced by how this man abuses this profession! He was biased from the start of the sessions, should have refused to accept more clients as he delayed an easy divorce for well over a year due to greed of money. His report contained an incorrect child's name, referred to me as an incorrect title and was less than professional. His fees are outrageous for less than non-judgmental assessments. A blind man could have seen beyond the lies the plaintiff was telling but he missed it all! His mind was made up before he started the over 14 month grueling, money-making "assessments, interviews". He wasn't even going to interview me as one of the key witnesses but interviewed 3 witnesses for the plaintiff. If he had any conscience he would surrender his license and find a new profession. A person/professional in his profession needs to remain objective, not biased! This was one of the most… unsatisfying, despicable experiences with a healthcare provider and as a nurse for 39 years, trust me there have been many of these but he "takes the cake" of being pathetic! I can write so much more but these are the main areas that need to make anyone considering to hire him through their attorneys who may be affiliated with him to consider other options!

Several years ago Dr. Gomberg was entirely helpful within a few session for resolving a difficult traumatic situation for my son. My son was able to move on to a wonderful career as a post doc engineer and also is a wonderful arm chair therapist from the solutions he learned while in this short therapy.

David Gomberg is not a medical doctor, but if you pay him 5 or 6 figures, he will say whatever you want him to say.

David Gomberg is Dishonest and Disingenuous. Given his censure by the state for drawing conclusions not based on facts, he now cherry picks “reasons” for his perspective, not on a basis of knowledge & experience, but in a risk averse way. His clinical judgment was determined by the state of NJ to be lacking, and it still is. He defensively formulates his ideas, not to communicate understanding, but to avoid getting additional state citations against his license. He’s compromised. He’s faking it. He’s not perceptive, and postures as if he’s deeply knowledgeable. Do not be fooled.

Felt neglect from Gomberg After doing all asked of Me - Dr G did not recommemd visitations with My Daughters - this lead to increased alienation from My X Wife - heartbreaking for My whole family.

....I absolutely would. He will wring you dry for every last cent he possibly can. He clocks you in for every minute of every form of contact, which would be fine if he was actually good at his job. He sits back and lets whatever play out however awful and unproductive and further damaging it is to the very relationship you are there to work on in the first place, bringing ZERO to the table. As others have said, not only is he a 100% crook but equally 100% ineffective in even putting a dent towards therapeutic, competent results.
