Went for IBS, he simply told me to eat more fiber, told me to fill out a living will, and then I got hit with a $500 bill. Incredible waste of time and money.

A doctor is supposed to diagnosis your problem, provide treatment plan by doing lab works and prescribing prescriptions. Dr. Gonzales has his own family working at the UMN family clinic and he stated he does not prescribe medications, he asks many ridiculous questions which has nothing to do with your medical situation, he asks about Power of Attorney and did you own your house, he don’t even ask about what your medical issues are as he sits with his “El Chapo” dress shirt with all the coke pockets in his face. This doctor was so ridiculous that we ran out of there. The only thing he didn’t ask for was sex. He acts as though he is cartel and did not wish to be bothered with any sick people, and the three women in his front desk was just laughing and laughing. We didn’t know what they were laughing at. We looked around and saw not one patient, and his three secretaries or family members will not even give us a pen to fill out the medical documents to be seen by the doctor. WE NEVER… WENT BACK. SO STAY AWAY FOR THIS DOCTOR ONLY WANTS OFFICE VISITS BUT DO NOTHING. He does nothing to heal you and he also states this to your face, I don’t want to help you nor heal you, but do you own your house and where is the Power of Attorney? He is a crook, and he needs to be investigated for I believe he is doing corruptions within UNM family clinic, his daughter is his nurse. Nepotism.
