Dr. David Alan Gordon, MD

While I believe that Dr. Gordon is very bright, I do not think he is cut out to be a physician who takes care of sick people. He has no physician coverage when he is not available (Says: Go to Urgent Care). I have a chronic, big-bad illness, and that doesn't work for me. Try to contact him by phone--forget it. Will answer an email "within 2 days", He seems to be more interested in helping people "maintain good health" rather than treating sick people. Again, I believe he is very smart. Just not cut out to take care of patients who NEED a doctor. I have not been a pesty patient.

Excellent, thorough Physician who is thoughtful and deliberate. Maintains detailed and accurate patient histories in his computer system, which is quite advanced. Dr. Gordon is the only physician I have known in my life who actually seems concerned with patient welfare. Treats the entire patient with great emphasis on diet and nutrition, mental and physical well-being.

This doctor seems caring and professional during your visits and all is great when you're in good health. However, when you need him most to be your health care advocate and defend his diagnosis to insurance companies, he could care less. Very poor follow-up support. Very disappointing.
