Dr. David C Gouldy, DO

Extremely moody! Money hungry. If you are sick he will only treat you for one problem per visit. Says if you have a problem with a specific area go see a specialist. Very rude. Doesn't like over weight people and say thing that tears self esteem down. If you don't go back to him for test, he will not only terminate you, but all you family. During appoints he is too busy writing gown everything he is saying, that he doesn't pay attention to patient. He has the air that he is better than most people. Not compassionate , if you consider him what the turn over of his staff. Sad to say the are not happy and look for new jobs. His office manager is his wife and they ask or expect their staff to come in on the weekend but not get paid for their work. I could write forever, Please Don't use him. I promise you will be sorry!

Dr. Gouldy has been my doctor for almost 20 years. In fact...I considered and turned down a job due to the insurance they offered wasnt accepted by Dr. Gouldy. He is a wonderful doctor and I do not trust anyone else with my health. I recommend him to many folks! He is knowledgeable and helps me with my everyday health concerns, even recommending the right supplements I should take. Very up to date on whats going on in the medical world.

I have been going to Dr. Gouldy for several years (more than 14), and I highly recommend him. I have had various illnesses and a serious car accident. He got me through them all and I am very grateful. He is extremely caring, wants to educate his patients on treatments, and is exceptionally bright. I couldn't ask for a better Family Physician...ever. His staff is an amazing team of health professionals as well!

Dr Gouldy is the best Dr I have ever had. His note taking ability is excellent so he never misses anything that may be wrong with patient. He is a true perfectionist which is a great quality for a Dr to have. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable as well. I am 52 years old and have been with Dr Gouldy for over 20 years and would never consider changing unless forced to.

As a new patient with Dr.Gouldy, I was impressed with his overall approach to my annual physical. After, a methodical and step by step review of my past medical history, WE were able to plan and execute the necessary tests and vistis to specialist to attack an array of medical issues. As an example, I had been having some moderate pain in my lower back in the area of my kidney. After a urinalysis revealed some traces of blood in my urine, Dr. Gouldy suggested a CAT scan check for kidney stones, cancer, etc. (I also had a slightly swollen prostate gland.) I was found to have a small kidney stone which is to be monitored by a urologist. I had a area of slightly darkened skin on my nose which after seeing a dermatologist was found to be a precancer basal cell. I am glad that it is being successfully treated and should be no problem in the future. I have also scheduled a colonoscopy as a part of this process. Dr. Gouldy has been in consultaion with my cardiologist to discuss other aspects… of my treatment for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. He has personally called me to tell me the results of blood work and to suggest options for proceeding with immediate care as well as for preventive measures. I feel confident that he is a knowledgable, caring, professional, whose opinion I can believe and trust. He talks fast,and some might think he is a bit abrupt, but it's only because his mind works at the medical stuff very intensly. Years ago while I was in college, I worked in hosptials and around all kinds of doctors. I even went to school with them. I will gladly trade a little bit of beside manner for real expertise any day of the week! That's what you get with Dr. Gouldy!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Gouldy for several years and have had no problems with his care.We find he's very concerned with our problems and does a good exam to diagnose the illiness and follows up to treatment. His referals to specialist when necessary has been very good. We are well pleased.I recommend him to anyone needing a good family Dr.

My first impression of Dr. Gouldy was not a good one. His bedside manner was arrogant and condescending. He really didn't hear (or care) what I had to say concerning my child & cut me off mid-sentence several times. To say he was rude would be a serious understatement. I will never return to this doctor again.
