Dr. David Samuel Granite, MD

Dr. Granite is a kind, compassionate Dr. He speaks directly to you, not at you. It's unfortunate that his office staff is so rude and seemingly incompetent. They seem bothered and annoyed when you ask them questions. They could use some customer service training for sure. My husband and my brother won't go there anymore because of them. I'm trying to hang in there because I like him, but it's hard. I'm not sure if he reads the reviews because many say the same thing -maybe he doesn't know how they are affecting his business. It's too bad.

I went to see a few Doctors in the past 10 years about my problem with strabismus and double vision and I was told by all of them that it will be hard to find a Doctor that would agree to do a surgery and also that I could also risk losing my current vision. After having several visits to different Vision Specialist, I was referred to Dr. Ostrow. I was very nervous at first but after visiting Dr. Ostrowâ??s office, the whole staff was very nice and very professional. Dr. Ostrow immediately recommended my surgery and there is no words to express my gratitude to Dr. Ostrow. He did an amazing job and he change my life completely. Now I have straight eyes!!! I was not in any pain at all even though he did both eyes and I had past scar tissues that he also removed. He was very positive and very patient with me and he really encourage me to asked all the necessary questions in which he was very specific and I was able to have all the answers I needed to know. I really recommend Dr.… Ostrow, he is excellent!!!

Dr. Granite has been my family Doctor for many years. In recent years I have had major issues with cancer, bladder and heart. Dr. Granite diagnosed all three problems correctly and put me in contact with specialists who addressed my heath issues. I would recommend Dr. Granite as your family physician without hesitation.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Granite for about 13 years. My son started seeing him about 18 months ago (son is 19 and outgrew the pediatrian). We all love him. He takes the time to answer questions and explain things with patience. Great bedside manner! Used to have a terrible staff, but the one he has now is okay - they're not very friendly, but they're not rude either.

The staff in his office is very very rude. They made me stop going to his office any more.

50.00 incase you dont show up ... even if you do show up ??? makes not sense to me either. 200.00 for an office visit. No wonder the medical field is the way it is nowdays.

Dr. Granite is ok. But haves one of the worst office staff in the area.

Dr Granite has been my doctor for over 10 years. I've even switched insurance company's to continue on with him. He's excellent.

Dr. Granite is of a vanishing breed, a family/community doctor who knows each patient personally and cares for them as a professional and as a friend. Everyone on his medical staff is the same way. His administrative staff have been disappointing in the past, but the people he has now seem much better, in terms of both efficiency and warmth.

Granite is a good doctor,but the front desk people dont do their job properly.They dont write the referals in a timely manner,do not want to write out your receipt, or answer the telephone.
