Dr. David Greene, MD

I was told before surgery that there would be no cosmetic changes to my nose. I was left with a crooked, visibly distorted nose and a septal perforation — the perforation was later diagnosed by an independent physician, not by the operating surgeon. The procedure was scheduled for 2 hours and lasted approximately 4, with no explanation given for the extended duration. I experienced additional complications during recovery that other providers have since attributed to the lack of catheterization during an extended surgery. I was told at the time it was an "anesthesia reaction." When I raised concerns, no accountability was taken. Before and after pictures available on Google Maps reviews.

I was just informed that Dr Greene will no longer be able to continue to be my healthcare provider. Is it because I questioned their billing tactics?!!! They billed me for an endoscopy which was never performed during my 2nd office visit. All he used was a tool called a spectrum to open my nostrils and visually look up my nose which literally took 5 seconds. So when I received my bill there was a charge of approx $800 for this service called "ENDOSCOPY" which was never performed. I questioned the charge but to no avail. I called my insurance, the billing and fraud board department and interestingly enough that's when I got a termination notice. BEWARE!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. David Greene. He was highly professional, took the time to clearly explain my condition and the treatment options, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. Thanks to his expertise, the treatment was successful and the recovery smooth and I felt well cared for every step of the way. The staff was also incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. I truly appreciate the quality of care he provides and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled ENT specialist. Best ENT doctor in SWFL.

I have a few chronic conditions and have seen my fair share of good and bad drs. My visit with Dr Greene was one of the best. He truly listened, did not have an ego, even though he is obviously intelligent (he knew my condition w/o having to explain like I do w most drs), and communicated a very clear treatment plan something many drs fail to do. I only waited 15 mins for him and all the staff were very nice. Highly recommend.

He is just a wonderful doctor, and a kind and nice person too. I have struggled with sinus my whole life and he really helped me so much.

I been sick with sinus since I was a kid and broke my nose so much playing ice hockey. Had lots a nose docs work on me since the 70s and set my brakes in it. Never looked any good. Never breethed any good. Sinuses were so bad. Had them scraped out in the service. Then in Philly. Then down here. Finally Doc Green got me better! I can use my nose to breethe and sinuses are good for first time since I was a kid ever! Nice guy to.
