1st of all, the doctor is just looking at himself in the mirror the whole time, way too obsessed with himself, i guess he didn't learn bedside manner in Grenada medical school. He's homophobic, anti simetic, Islamaphobic, bad character equals bad doctor

After being in pain for 8years with my double hernia with mesh surgery, and going to 6 different doctors thru the years, I finally found Dr. Greuner, to help me & relieve me from this debilitating pain. He was very patient and explained so much, I had a lot going on but he not only reconstructed my abdomen, removed all the mesh, with metal screws inside of me from a surgery that I had from another doctor 9 years ago but he also found poor circulation in my legs. I’m so lucky and so blessed to have found Dr. Gruener and Dr. Bortecen & thier amazing staff to take care of me, they treated me like family & are so on point with their diagnosis. I feel like a million bucks & pain free, and still in recovery. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for such a life changing experience. I have three children and looking forward to doing all the things I couldn’t do with them before.. thank you!!

great experience from beginning to end. Had email access to my doc for questions prior and post procedure, which was a nice touch. Typically responded in 15 minutes or so, even on the weekend. I have to say, technology is a blessing in modern medicine, and especially when the doctors use it!

For any one wonder if NYC Vein Center is the right decision, the answer is YES! From my very first consultation I felt confident and reassured I had chosen the right facility. It's been years since I have been able to wear shorts and feel comfortable in my own skin, and I owe it all to the amazing, friendly, and brilliant Dr. Greuner & his team of professionals. Dr. Gruener and his staff are the best. I have been a patient since Nov 2012 and will remain one so long as I need treatment. I went in for a pretty extensive varicose vein situation in both legs and Dr. Gruener painstakingly (but mostly pain-LESS-ly considering what was done) took care of my problem and I'm thrilled with the results. I'm a guy but anyone who has VV can tell you that they are sometimes painful and very sensitive to the touch, not to mention bruise easily and unsightly. I can deal with the unsightly part, but the other and the potential health risks associated needed to go. Dr. Gruener is very thorough, professional and ultimately down to earth. You never feel like a number or "just" a patient. He's a good guy and cares about your pre and post op visits more than any doctor I've dealt with. 1000% recommendation. The results are fantastic and they have the most innovative technology there. They go above and beyond, too.

My experience with Dr. Greuner and all of his staff at NYC Surgical has been excellent. Everyone takes the time to really provide great patient care. For each procedure the doctor or staff member explained everything that was happening and kept me very comfortable. I am more than thoroughly satisfied with the results of my vein surgery. My legs have never felt or looked better! I have to thank Dr. Greuner and all of the staff at NYC Surgical. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I felt compelled to write this review because of the care I received at Dr. Greuner's office. From beginning to end, all of my concerns were addressed, from scheduling, to insurance issues, procedures needed to absolute cost involved. All visits needed were scheduled ahead of time, and insurance approval was taken care of based on my procedures needed. My insurance was researched prior to my appointment, and out of pocket costs for things not covered was explained, and an estimate provided. Care was excellent, procedures not entirely painless but very reasonable, and results excellent. I was given the ability to contact my surgeon via email, to which he responded within minutes. In addition, I was treated with compassionate care. I couldnt really ask for more.

I had a problem that had been treated by another surgeon several years ago completely. Although it was a long wait time because of advance booking, once I had an appointment, every thing moved very quickly. My wait time was less than 5 minutes, and I was treated amazingly well, by all staff. I was given a warm robe instead of the normal paper gowns to wear, and everyone was very polite. Dr. Greuners staff dealt with all insurance issues, and I the process from beginning to end was very easy for me.
