Fraud, Incompetent, doesn't know what he is doing.

Copying this from google reviews because people need to know what kind of doctor he actually is. Money thirsty and heartless. If I could give lower than 5 I would. He definitely deserves a negative rating. We switched over to him last fall, and soon after my mom had a terrible accident resulting in surgery and rehabilitation. She still can’t do a lot on her own nor walk well enough. I came to him today to get some forms filled out to help us apply for Medicaid so she can do physical therapy. He flat out refused to fill them out let alone listen to a word I had to say. He was yelling at me the entire time Like I was some child. He was saying filling this form would be a fraud, but later on said if he filled it out we would stop coming to him and he wouldn’t make any money. The way he was talking to me gave me a really bad panic attack, it would to anyone he treated me like dirt. Kept saying he doesn’t talk to some street person, “you quiet, my time is valuable your time is… nothing” was his exact line at one point. The other reason we had gone today was for my moms cough and his only response was “because of your other meds”, meds she’s been on for 15+ years and didn’t even conduct a checkup or do any tests nothing. This is not okay, this isn’t how you treat your patients let alone any human. He was rude, aggressive, and frankly heartless in his manner of dealing with us. For him it was all about money When the accident happened he told us to file a no fault case so we can get money (we didn’t because I looked into it and that would have been lying and a big fraud) so he’s also very unethical and honestly doesn’t deserve his license.

He is an excellent doctor but has complete ignorants working the front desk, usually there are 4 or 5 of them up there and they cannot do 2 tasks at once, they make you wait while doctors office is empty, they forget to put patients in room for doctor. They spend more time talking among themselves than doing work. They don't have peoples referrals ready. He needs to get rid of these young interns etc and get some good old fashioned workers.

Doctor Guha is a great doctor. But his reception and staff are mostly interns and learning and don't know what is going on, they are rude and unprofessional. They don't know what insurances he takes and most times are too lazy to call insurance companies to check. They cannot perform more than 1 thing at a time and get confused. Sometimes doctor is waiting for patients and 20 people are sitting in waiting room because reception doesn't place them in a room. His Physical therapists there are excellent. They need to replace the ones that sit up front.

He did not get up once and check me personally, instead he tells me that my case is too complicated for him to handle so I should look for another specialist or doctor
