Excellent communication. Explicit and complete explanations for current plan and next steps. Wait time very small and all personnel friendly and competent. My mother is 96, and she left feeling Dr Gully cared about her and her particular situation. I left with a “game-plan” for next steps. Would highly recommend.

He was overall hour and half late. I set my Daughter's Colonoscopy because, I thought it would be no problem. She was done an hour before I even got called back. I was upstairs and they explained to my groggy Daughter everything when I could have been there to sign her out and know instructions. When we are late for an appointment we get charged or rescheduled. I was highly upset and disappointed ??. I have never waited that long for a Doctor at an appointment. I live an hour and a half away so rescheduling was a no. Also from my understanding is he always is 30 to 45 minutes behind. Really unprofessional and upsetting ??.
