Dr Gutierrez is a Great doctor, althougg his front desk pwrson Vanessa who hadles the disability paperwork has no conpassion for patients, an how important it is to process paperwork in a timely manner. It has been three weeks an my paperwork STILL has not been processed very BAD patient service.

The most rude and unprofessional Dr. my 86 year old mother has seen in her entire life. He had 6 paitents waiting to see him while he took a 2 hr.lunch.When he was gratious enough to see the people that waited for hrs,I would have expected somthing sorry I'm late or any excuse for the very excessive wait.But not him. Fragile ego.Poorly skilled,would never reccomend him for anyone.
