Dr. David Craig Haefeli, MD

I have found that Dr. Haefeli is the most caring person that I have come to know as my family doctor. He always take the time to set and talk, ansewering any and all questions. He also answers them in a matter so that you can understand every thing that going on. His Staff always seem to go out of their way to take care of you.. I beleive in them. but most of all, I trust them!

Dr Haefeli has been my primary care physician on and off for approximately 25 years. He is a great doctor, great bedside manner, easy to talk to, remembers details (he always asks about my parents, sister, etc). The only complaint I have, and the reason I rarely try to see him is that it's nearly impossible to get an appointment if you need to see him for something like flu, strep throat, etc (usually don't have anything open for several days). Once you do get an appointment, you have to wait 45 minutes to 1.5 hours before you're seen. I am certain that it's because he is such a great doctor and so popular, but I need my doctor to be available to me. I think his office staff could work on their professionalism and courtesy. Maybe they are the reason he's always over-booked. I really miss seeing him because he does know my complete medical history.

Why go anywhere else? I mean, once you have met this Doctor, it does make sense that he's popular. He knows his stuff too, which helps.

Dr Haefeli ROCKS!

I have been going to Dr. Haefeli on and off for over ten years. While he has a great bedside manner and does spend a good amount of time when he finally gets to the room, it is not uncommon to wait more than an hour for him, with my average wait time around 1.25 hours after my scheduled appointment. I have also had several calls to his nurse go unreturned, which is problematic because if you just make a regular appointment with him, it takes weeks to get in.
