Dr. David Alex Hamilton, MD

I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Alexander during a medical emergency. I had fallen three weeks after my hip replacement surgery and fractured the femur bone on the same hip. Dr. Hamilton was the surgeon on call. He performed what they call the revision surgery. I met him for the first time when he came to visit me in my room the morning after the surgery. From that moment on he displayed the utmost empathy, care and concern for all my pain and medical needs. Dr. Hamilton visited my room every day for the days I was in the hospital. On the day he could not make it he called to see how I was doing. His patience, listening ear and clear explanation of my medical experience was extremely valuable, informative, appreciated and gave me peace of mind. Dr. Hamilton proudly showed me my X-rays reflecting how my fracture was treated. Additionally, he is highly respected by his peers. They had nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hamilton's expertise and skills from the days of his… residency and fellowship. I also appreciate the fact that he continues to stay on top of advanced medical care for knee and hip replacements through his practice and research. Dr. Hamilton's skills and after care was truly a blessing and very much appreciated during a very difficult situation.
