   Dr. Hammer grew up in Louisville, Ky. He is a graduate of St. Xavier High School, Bellarmine University, and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He has been married to his wife Pat for 32 years and they have one son and daughter-in-law and a grandson and granddaughter.
   Dr. Hammer enjoys all aspects of dentistry and attends numerous hours of continuing education each year. His dental interests are in cosmetic procedures, dental implant placement and restoration, oral rehabilitation, TMD treatment, and modern endodontic procedures. Dr. Hammer has completed over 300 hours of specialized training from the renowned Pankey Institute.
   In his free time, Dr. Hammer enjoys time with his wife and family, photography, fly fishing, and the outdoors.
