I had went in to have a new top plate made and a new bottom plate. The top plate fit was good with no problems. The bottom plate did not fit properly. I would go in to have adjustments made so the bottom plate would fit as well as my old one. Some one, usually a tech would take the plate and file it down here and there. I was told to go home and try it--I did and was not able to eat with the plate in. I was given some denture adhesive and that did not solve the issue. I had made several visits. The final time I went in, I was told there was nothing more that could be done, and that they had never had this sort of problem before! I was only charged for the top plate. I was also told to go to a good dentist to have a bottom plate made. I thought i had done this. I went down the street to another dentist; he made a bottom plate and after a few adjustments the plate fit perfectly. I would never return to Harnetts nor would I send anyone to them!!
