Dr. Hayes and entire staff, I want to extend our gratitude for the care, expertise and outstanding customer service given to my daughter and our entire family throughout the evaluation, pre-surgey and post surgery rhinoplasty experience. Dr. Hayes took my daughter's concerns and preferences into consideration and explained the surgical procedures needed to achieve realistic results which would lead to a nose that looked like the rest of our family. Dr. Hayes and the Big Sky Surgery team made the whole surgical experience so streamline and efficient. My daughter wanted the best outcomes and was highly motivated to follow all instructions, including the guidance to fuel and prepare her body nutritionally for the stress caused by surgery and during the recovery phase. We were blown away at how little she bruised (slight yellow under her eyes) and how little pain she experienced with her rhinoplasty surgery. That is truly a testament to the artistic and gentle approach Dr. Hayes used… during surgery. One month after surgery, my daughter has fully recovered as projected! Everything was explained so well which also helped all of our emotional and stress levels. We highly recommend Dr. Hayes and his professional team. Dr. Hayes and his team are great. It took me a couple of years of checking out physicians before I chose Dr. Hayes. The consultations were very informative. They answered my questions and showed me what could be done and what was available. The preop instructions were very helpful and I followed them so my down time was minimal. They are very caring. I love my new look.

Amazing. Despite my fears about having my nose broken and being somewhat awake, surgery itself was PLEASANT as was the recovery!! I did not need a single painkiller (narcotic, Tylenol, or otherwise) and my swelling went down rapidly as did the MINIMAL bruising under my eyes (I expected a lot worse). On top of it all, I was already breathing better 24 hours after surgery than I had been before. Two weeks out and cosmetic results are also visible. I highly recommend.

I had a facelift from Dr. Hayes. I shopped for the job and was very impressed with him and his staff. He did an excellent job and emphasized a natural look. His office and staff provided the best service of any health care provider I have ever been to. They took time and were never rushed. The office is comfortable, the staff is very friendly and professional, the wait times were none to only a few minutes and the results are great. I would recommend Dr. Hayes and his staff to anyone.

I have been a client of Montana Center for Facial Plastic Surgery for over 10 years and I am compelled to report today that I had the best facial I think I have ever had, so relaxing and my skin looks and feels great! The hand, shoulder and arm massage was perfect! Thank you... While I am here I would like to comment on the capabilities and professionalism of Dr. Hayes. I have had several consultations and procedures with him. He is never hesitant to tell me I don't need to have something done, even if I think I do, as well as suggest things he believes would benefit me. The results are always positive. I really appreciate his communication which is clear and concise. He cared for my 20 year old son a little over a year ago which involved sinus work, a tonsillectomy and a removal of a BB from his nose that had been there for 6 years. He assessed the need, performed the surgery flawlessly, and my son breathes better, sleeps better, feels better. I would not hesitate to recommend this… office and Dr. Hayes to anyone.

Dr. Hayes spent (according to their records) fourteen minutes with me to inform me that he could not perform the septoplasty that I needed, desite the fact that the front desk person confirmed that the doctor was more than capable of doing so. I took unpaid time off of work and drove all the way from Bozeman to see this doctor, only to be told that he could not do what I needed. More than likely he stretched the visit out longer than it needed to be in order to tell me he was unable to perform the procedure. He was unsympathetic to my discomfort and informed me that others would be "grateful" to have my dysfunctional nose. Being in an emotionally compromised state due to my condition and the hundreds of dollars I was losing in consult fees, time off work and gas money to see this doctor, I was very upset and deflated by the whole experience. I make very little money on the whole and was really taking a risk to see this doctor, who I chose from several others in the state who probably… would have been able to do what I needed in order to feel like a normal human being. When I finally got the bill in the mail, it was almost 25% over what they quoted. When I called to ask if they could prorate my amount because he spent so little time with me, I had the displeasure of speaking with one of the rudest receptionists I've met in my life. She condescendingly informed me that the doctor went to medical school and that I was paying for his expertise, and that the consultation was not free (as if I were a child), even though I was sure to mention at the beginning of the call that I fully expected to pay for it as I knew his time wasn't free, I just didn't think it should cost $122.00. When I complained that the cost was ridiculous for what he gave me, she said that $122.00 was not a lot of money in a tone that suggested that I was some kind of welfare collecting peasant. When it became clear that they were not going to work with me, I told her I would make a payment when I had the money. I consulted with four doctors in four different cities for this procedure to make sure that I was making an informed decision even though I make so little money, and this doctor was by far the worst, least qualified and second most expensive. One of the doctors I spoke to who actually had the training to do the surgery even charged me LESS than they quoted without me even asking, even though he spent almost an hour with me. If Dr. Hayes had even offered a 20% off discount because of the brief consult he gave me, I would be content because of the principle of it. Don't waste your money with this incredibly rude, careless practice, take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of other less heartless offices in the state to deal with.
