Many years in the medical field profession and they can't have an professional answering machine letting patients know it's the actual doctor's office they are calling? Come on! Very unprofessional. I go to call to make an appointment (during business hrs) and get a message like any cell phone, "The person you are trying to call is not available. Please leave a message after the beep." WHAT? No, "Hello, you have reached Dr. Hernandez office, ..." The first thing that disturbed me and put me off right from the very beginning. UNPROFESSIONAL! It's easy enough to have someone record a message letting patients know they reached the doctor's office they are trying to call. Not some stupid cell phone like answering machine. Record a message for crying out loud please!

this is bad and worst clinic .they r thug.i suggested everybody to not go to this clinic if u luv ur health.i got somthing in my eyes and i called this clinic and nurse said me to come to clinic and i went there at 9clock they gav me paperwork to fillout i filled out and they said me doctor is gona cal me soon and i waited there until 12 and after they said come back 2clock and i went there 2clock and i waited an hour after doctor came and said to me sorry they cant check eyes .they wasted my 6hours and after said sorry
