I'm a patient of Dr Herson for many years, NEVER had any issues being seen. He is always on time for my appointments and very professional and attentive of my health.

Called the office this morning to obtain the hours of the office as for I am searching around for a new pain management doctor. The physician who is suppose to be a professional did not answer the question of "what are the hours of your office" he told me the hours for a new patient appointment. I advised that I was just looking for the hours in general not just new patients since I know new patient appointments have specific times as for I am a manager at a doctors office. He went ahead to tell me that I need to find somewhere else to go because I do not listen to what he is say and hung up on me. I then called the office back and he refused to answer the phone. I then called from a different number and the first thing he ask me is "if I'm rom New York" due to my area code. I disregarded the question, asked who I was speaking to. He confirmed that I was speaking with the MD. I went ahead and asked for the hours again, and he told me "clearly you do not know how to listen if you just… called and I answered your question and that I am not a patient so I do not need to know the hours". I advised him his patient care and bed side manner is terrible. If he is a physician he should know how to answer the question that is being asked. I also told him he had no right to hang up on me. He is very unprofessional if he can treat people that are looking to come to him, I wonder how he treats his patient. Best believe I will never go here or recommend him to anyone

Very rude bedside manners and phone manners. Will not realize the fact when you're in severe pain and need help. Worthless piece of crap Doctor. Do not go to this dr. All he cares about is himself and his money. He likes to talk about himself and his son in back pain and his pain. I could say worse on here but this is the jest of it.

Dr Heron has a very sad bed side manner!!!!So if you are someone looking for true help for your pain ..go somewhere else trust me

Dr. Herson is an excellent Doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to manage their cronic pain. The staff is professional and considerate, the wait time is minimal, my overall experience has been very positive.

This man is kind,understanding and I have never found anyone else that could come close to his QUALITY of care.

I have been a patient for several years and in my opinion Dr. Herson is compassionate ans professional. Overall great doctor!
