Dr Hess was very informative. He provided explanations when asked, he was familiar with my chart and history, he explained various options where applicable. He also was honest in that he wasn't sure about what was causing my health issue, but wanted to continue investigating to make sure we settled on an appropriate treatment.

Dr. Hess has been our families gastroenterologist for many years. He is soooo professional and very pleasant to visit. He also is VERY good at following up personally after tests, or surgical procedures. He is the BEST
