Dr. Hirsch is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation . Dr. Hirsch is involved in acute and chronic pain management at the South Texas Spinal Clinic. His forte is Myofascial Pain which include duties: EMG's/Nerve Conduction Velocities, Trigger Point Injections, Facet Joint Injections, Sacroiliac …Joint Injections, Epidural Steroid Injections under Fluoroscopy, Manual Medicine.

I have never had a pain doctor who listened to me like Dr. Hirsch does. He works very hard to make sure my injections are going exactly where they need to be!

I have been going to Dr. Hirsch for about 10yrs. I have watch his practice grow and the staff get bigger. But yet I get the same quality of treatment and the staff has been kind and caring to me. Thet helped me setup my phone appointment because I didn’t have smart phone. They all have really gone out of their way to help me when ever I have needed assistance. a lot of mix-ups on cancellations and reschedule appointments. received text and e-mails saying appointments have been cancelled when they were not. ?

I have been a Patient of Dr. Hirsch for several years, and I would never want to have any other Doctor for the Medical needs he is treating me for. He focuses on total Patient care! I always feel so much better after my appointments and confident that he is fully addressing each of my medical issues thoroughly and cautiously. I highly recommend him!!! In my opinion he is the best and because of his expertise, extremely popular with all his Patients!
