Dr. David Kessler Hirsh, MD

I usually have excellent interactions with docs at Ohio State and have seen MANY docs in the last 12 months and Dr. David Hirsh is horrible. I have never in my life walked out of a doc appointment early, but Hirsh was argumentative, condescending and treated me like I was invisible, dismissed and gaslighted on any of my input and I left in tears. He spent the time facing his computer and typing, never looked in my direction when I was in the room and kept interrupting me in my answers when he asked me questions. He then became argumentative when I told him what he is saying to me contradicts previous OSU docs. This visit was 1 of 10 follow up check-ups following a stroke from last year. When I walked out of his office, THIS was the first time he swiveled his body to face me, raised his voice and made me feel crazy. I do not recommend this guy to treat patients.
