Impossible to connect with anyone in the office. The primadonna wouldn't conduct a surgery because the hospital that checked off all the boxes was too far (in the same city). The assisting doctor forget to verify patient information until mid way through a 6pm-three-days-late-phone-call and then fumbled his way through a results report. Terrible.

Keeps you waiting for hours for office appointments and surgical procedures - seems like they are double or triple booked. Staff seems very stressed and at times are unpleasant and not helpful. Result of surgery did not meet expectations. Will not recommend to others. Will not return if other procedures are needed.

I went to Dr. Holck for a drooping eyelid issue because it was really becoming an problem for me and my vision. His staff was very accommodating during my appointment and got me scheduled right away. I opted for a cosmetic procedure in addition to the one that my insurance covered and it was honestly so worth it. Even my friends are impressed with what he did. Now i get to tell everyone i got cosmetic surgery! Dr. Holck is most definitely the way to go!

DR. HOLCK DID SURGERY ON BOTH EYES AND LEFT MY RIGHT EYE A LAZY EYELID. HE IS SUPPOSE TO CORRECT IT BUT HAVE NOT. HE IS SUPPOSE TO DO OTHER PROCEDURES ON ME I CALL THE OFFICE OFTEN AND I WAS TOLD A PLAN BUT NO FOLLOW UP. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST I DO

Dr. Holck is the best! I have been going to him for 20 years and he is caring, professional, and top notch. I guess that is why he is a 2018 Top Doc for San Antonio!! I trust him completely and have several friends and family go to him. All have been extremely satisfied.

I took my mom to his office a couple months ago because of her dropping eyelids and she has not stopped bragging that she looks almost as young as me now after having had surgery. Dr. Holck took excellent care of my mom the whole time and I was very impressed with his level of care as well as the great results. My mom is highly considering going back for some other cosmetic procedures and honestly I’m thinking about it too because what he was able to do with my mom was amazing. He is not only a great surgeon but a great person and he is very easy to talk to and does a great job at answering every question. He definitely deserves these 5 stars if not more.

I'm so happy with my results after Dr. Holck performed a face lift on me. He was very attentive to my questions and concerns the whole way through. I looked for a while before deciding to go with Dr. Holck for my surgery but after seeing one of my friends after his work I was convinced he was and is the best in San Antonio right now. I would recommend to anyone who wants a professional who is by far an expert in his field of cosmetic surgery. I look so good now and it is all thanks to Dr. Holck. Thank You!
