Dr. David Stanley Hollett, MD

This guy is very unprofessional and arrogant! I went to see this doctor but ended up leaving before even seeing him because I was so offended by his office. When walk in his building you are informed by a big sign in waiting area that you are in the "RUSH ROOM", as in Rush Limbaugh, and that you will be forced to listen to his radio show. The sign reads that it will be played daily from 12-3, so if you are there you are forced to listen to that crazy nut-bag! I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. How totally unprofessional of him to impose his political views on people, keep that to yourself!!! Will never go back there!!!

Have been going to Dr. Hollett for many years, he takes care of my whole family and many of my neighbors too! He is a phenomenal physician truly unparalleled in his expertise in the practice of medicine.

I grew up going to Hollet, my whole family and both of my brothers. None of us will go see him anymore, and we have all found new doctors, including both my parents. He is no fool, but he is stubborn, and I believe the restrictions of the practice have had a role to play in the way he treats his patients. You would think that after 30 years of giving him our families business, he would at least acknowledge that he has ever seen you before. But, alas, it's like he has no idea who I am after having grown up in his office, which mind you in 30 years has not been updated cosmetically. The last time I saw him I left with him yelling at me because I sought out a chiropractor for my back and neck pain. Against his will. He has a high turnaround of patients, I wait for 30 min in the waiting room, another 25 in examination room, only to have him practically walk in the door backwards looking at his clipboard and just as quickly writing me a script and walking back out, no acknowledgement that… he has ever seen me before. Until I mention the chiropractor, then he had no problem recollecting that he had told me to never go to one. It made him very angry that I asked him questions and wanted to dig a little deeper into why he used the "herniated disc" diagnosis for everything from stomach aches to infection. Which that diagnosis involves coming back to him every couple weeks for consistent check ups or else he yells at you for not doing it right. He used that same diagnosis with my dad on numerous occasions for many different ailments, until he too left and found a new Dr. To me, after 30 years of service for an entire family, you as a FAMILY PRACTITIONER should treat them like patients, not a dollar sign. A red flag should go up if your Dr ever gets mad at you when you would just like to ask a couple simple questions about his diagnosis.

If I could give zero that would be the rating. I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. He does not seem concerned with the patient's well being. He misdiagnosed the hospice patient and mislead the family. Only saw him in the hospital, no information on office or office staff.

In my experience, the doctor is unprofessional and lacking moral principles. Doctor has dubious billing practice. Staff is overbearing and haughty ! They bill at the highest grade while providing the lowest grade service !
