Dr. David Michael Holmes, MD

Dr. David Holmes is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from The Robert Larner MD College of Medicine at the University of Vermont and completed his residency at SUNY. With 34 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Holmes brings extensive knowledge to caring for patients of all ages. He is fluent in both English and Russian, allowing him to serve diverse communities throughout the Buffalo area.

Dr. Holmes practices at multiple locations throughout Buffalo and Williamsville, New York, and maintains affiliations with Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo General Medical Center, Sisters of Charity Hospital, and Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. He specializes in managing high blood pressure conditions, including hypertensive emergencies and pediatric hypertension cases. Dr. Holmes also incorporates physical therapy approaches into patient care, including strength training and manual therapy techniques to support overall wellness and recovery.
