I have been practicing as a therapist since 2019. The theoretical approaches beliefs pull from are a blend of Brief, Narrative, Gestalt, Liberation, Decolonization, and Rogerian Therapies and thought. My process is collaborative, I partner with my clients to produce agreed-upon goals and we work together to achieve them. My experience has mostly been in crisis work, and I have worked with all ages from adolescents to adults.
