Meet Dr. Hurwitz
Dr. Hurwitz has practiced dentistry in New York City for over 35 years and in his Central Park West location since 1979. A graduate of New York University College of Dentistry, he has completed numerous postgraduate courses and training in cosmetic dentistry, implant prosthesis, periodontics, denture prosthesis, occlusion, TMJ and related problems. He has received commendations from the State of New York for more than 1000 hours of continuing dental education
Dr. Hurwitz is dedicated to providing caring, skillful and comprehensive dentistry. The practice treats all ages, from adolescents to the elderly. He has lectured nationally to health care professionals on the dental needs of the geriatric and chronically ill populations
Dr. Hurwitz is known for his sensitivity, artistry, and thoroughness. He believes that optimal dental care is enhanced by close collaboration with the patient, family members and other professionals.
