I would wait for Dr. Immanuel for hours and I have …waited and waited. I have resigned myself to the fact that I will be there for about two hours each time. My daughter loves him and her appointments are usually two hours also from the time she enters the office and leaves. This time it was about an hour and 40 minutes I was in the office. Dr. Immanuel is always patient, kind, and never rushes. He answers all my questions and is so professional. I don’t know what the answer is but as I sit in the office I can hear the grumbling from all the patients -not just his patients- the other doctor’s too. As I said … I will wait for him and just bring a book to read,as I have just retired. But people like my daughter who work a full time job find it difficult to be there for two hours- a good potion of that time just waiting. I have learned to ask for the earliest appointment of the day - it cuts it down to a little bit of a lesser wait.

Dr.Immanuel was very good at explaining my issues and his staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

My mother and I went to visit Dr. Immanuel for our eye exams, we are both scheduled for surgery and we couldn't be more at ease and confident with any other Doctor. Dr. Immanuel was professional, punctual, informative, patient, friendly and extremely thorough with his examination. We are very pleased and confident with Dr. Immanuel and highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.
