Dr. David Clinton Jacks, MD

Dr. Jacks is a brilliant physician.he shows a lot concern about the patients condition.

DOESN'T EXPLAIN WHAT AND WHY HE IS DOING TEST OR PROCEDURES AND NURSE AND FRONT DESK STAFF NOT AS PROFESSINAL AS I THINK THEY SHOULD BE.

Not much concerned about his patient and caused me and some people I know an extra and unnecessary pain. Non of the other three physicians I visited for my problem caused me a pain, may be a damage to my body,

Staff is very rude almost to the point of being hateful. Dr. Jacks is just as rude as they are. Very unprofessional. Test not ordered on time and when they are ordered trying to get the results is almost impossible. Won't tell you anything over the phone then wants you to wait a month for an appointment. Wait time in the waiting room was over an hour. Then he spent a total of five minutes with me. My next appointment sure wont be with him.

He is very unorganized, doesnt look at test results and schedules several appointments on different days when they could be scheduled all at once. When I went back for my test results 3 wks after a test was done, he hadnt even viewed them. He set up more tests when he hadnt even looked at the previous ones. I am on visit # 4 that I have paid a large copay for each visit. Doesnt listen to patients and overall has a VERY poor attitude. In pain and Im in 4th week of going to him with no clue of what is next and hes in no hurry to make a diagnosis. He scehules appt. 2,3 4 wks after each test. Office staff is no better. I call and try to speak to Dr Jacks or give messages to Dr Jacks with no help.
